• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year food prep or kitchen experience preferred.

• Strong customer service and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present menu items per recipes and production schedules.
• Maintain production stations and ensure quality, sanitation and timely service.
• Assist with setup, service and breakdown of stations; work independently or in a team.
• Follow all food safety procedures; keep area clean and logs up to date.
• Provide courteous, professional service in customer-facing areas.
• Adapt to fast-paced environment and changing needs; perform additional duties as required.
