Waco ISD in Waco, Texas is seeking a Specialist - Campus Testing to direct and coordinate statewide and national testing programs at University High School campus.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in education-related field, with a Master’s preferred, and a minimum of three years of teaching plus two years in campus leadership. You will oversee assessment planning, test materials, and TEA compliance while guiding staff in security training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education-related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Three years of teaching experience.
• Two years of campus leadership experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating campus testing preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and direct the statewide testing program for the campus (STAAR, STAAR Alt 2, TELPAS, Renaissance 360, Interim STAAR Assessments, PSAT, AP).
• Coordinate campus testing program evaluation process.
• Provide disaggregated state-assessment data school-wide, identifying non-mastery students for necessary re-teaching and re-testing.
• Develop and monitor the campus's comprehensive assessment plan with district personnel.
• Coordinate ordering, distribution, record keeping, and collection of all state and district assessments.
• Compile, maintain, and file all reports and documents as required by TEA.
• Provide training including test security and support for personnel.
• Recommend budget and cost estimates for appropriate programs.
• Disseminate information and stay abreast of changes in testing and assessment fields.
• Maintain testing records for current and new students.
• Coordinate with Special Programs to ensure accommodations are appropriate.
• Maintain confidentiality of student records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
