Job summary

Black Box in Dallas is seeking a Campus Recruiter to attract and hire early-career talent for data center operations, engineering, construction, logistics, and critical environment roles. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of recruiting, campus recruiting, talent acquisition, workforce development, or related experience.
• Experience organizing events and building external partnerships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruiting programs simultaneously.
• Experience working with ATS and recruiting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop campus recruiting strategies aligned with data center workforce demands.
• Identify target universities, technical colleges, and workforce programs.
• Build annual campus recruiting plans and collaborate with leaders on talent needs.
• Develop relationships with universities, community colleges, technical schools, and veteran organizations.
• Coordinate internship, co-op, apprenticeship, and new graduate recruitment activities.
• Partner with business leaders to ensure meaningful internship experiences.
• Support conversion of interns into full-time employees.
• Participate in onboarding and early-career development initiatives.
• Represent the company at career fairs, conferences, and campus events.
• Provide guidance on interview selection and candidate evaluation processes.
