The role will manage recruiting efforts, engage and source collegiate and early career talent, and build strong partnerships with campuses. The position is based in the corporate office and requires extensive travel during peak recruiting season.

Qualifications

• Two years of onsite campus recruiting experience or internship programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to organize events and manage relationships with campuses.

Responsibilities

• Identify, implement, and manage recruiting strategies on college campuses to support Nucor's vision.
• Organize major recruiting events on campuses with division teammate involvement.
• Develop collegiate talent pipelines and maintain campus relationships for ongoing hiring.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide KPI updates for reporting.
