The Aerospace Corporation seeks a proactive University Talent Acquisition Business Partner to lead entry-level recruiting and build campus pipelines. You’ll represent the company at campus events and partner with hiring managers to align sourcing with strategic imperatives.

Based at multiple locations including El Segundo, CO; Colorado Springs, CO; Chantilly, VA, with at least 4 onsite days per week, you’ll guide campus teams and deliver exceptional candidate experiences while promoting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of agency or corporate recruiting experience.
• At least 2 years of corporate college recruiting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong skills using applicant tracking systems and CRM tools.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 50% and work extended hours during peak seasons.
• For Talent Acquisition Staff III: 6 years of agency or corporate recruiting, 3 years corporate college recruiting, university partnerships experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for entry-level talent.
• Act as a strategic recruiting partner to hiring managers with campus and market insights.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to build campus pipelines.
• Execute recruiting plans for campuses, conferences, and early-career programs.
• Collaborate with business groups across locations to streamline planning, sourcing, and hiring processes.
• Utilize ATS and CRM tools to manage candidate flow and reporting.
• Guide campus teams on hiring objectives, branding protocols, and event staffing.
• Serve as the primary contact for students from first touch through offer.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.
