Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and support positive student behavior across campus, including hallways and events.
  • Patrol school grounds to identify safety concerns and disruptions.

  • Assist with safety drills, detention supervision, and daily campus activity reporting.
  • Provide event support, including setup and breakdown of classrooms, galleries, and theaters.
  • Assist Facilities with moving desks, light maintenance, and responding to work orders.
  • Review the Employee Handbook and acknowledge receipt for the 2025–2026 year.
  • Perform duties as assigned by supervisor and uphold Standards of Conduct.

The Role

We’re looking for a full-time Campus Supervisor to join our community for the 2025–2026 school year. This 10‑month (186‑day), non‑exempt role plays a vital part in maintaining a safe, supportive, and welcoming campus environment. As a Campus Supervisor, you’ll help ensure the well‑being of students, staff, and visitors while fostering a positive school climate that allows creativity and learning to thrive.

What You’ll Do
  • Monitor and support positive student behavior across campus, including hallways, common areas, and school events.
  • Patrol school grounds to identify and address safety concerns or disruptions.
  • Maintain security at school entrances and ensure that all visitors are authorized.
  • Assist with safety drills, student detention supervision, and daily campus activity reporting.
  • Provide event support, including setting up and breaking down classrooms, galleries, and theaters.
  • Assist Facilities with tasks such as moving desks and equipment, light maintenance, and responding to work order tickets.
  • Review the Employee Handbook for the 2025‑2026 school year and submit a signed acknowledgement of receipt and understanding.
  • Perform departmental‑specific duties communicated by your direct supervisor.
  • Uphold all Standards of Conduct as described in the Employee Handbook.

Compensation & Benefits

The hourly rate for this role is $21.43 to $26.12, based on OSA’s non‑certificated salary scale and commensurate with experience. OSA offers a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, commuter benefits, employee assistance program, and retirement plans with robust matching. This is a 10‑month (August 2025 through May 2026), full‑time, non‑exempt role.
