We’re looking for a full-time Campus Supervisor to join our community for the 2025–2026 school year. This 10‑month (186‑day), non‑exempt role plays a vital part in maintaining a safe, supportive, and welcoming campus environment. As a Campus Supervisor, you’ll help ensure the well‑being of students, staff, and visitors while fostering a positive school climate that allows creativity and learning to thrive.

Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. At least 2 years of experience in supervision, security, or a related field.
Skills & Qualities: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Dependable, proactive, and able to remain calm under pressure. Commitment to equity, anti‑racism, and culturally responsive practices. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across diverse teams.
The hourly rate for this role is $21.43 to $26.12, based on OSA’s non‑certificated salary scale and commensurate with experience.
