The State of Georgia is offering a part-time FWS position at Chattahoochee Technical College. You will greet students, help with Accudemia sign-ins, and perform basic office tasks as part of the Student Success Center team.

Responsibilities include assisting with workshops and events, maintaining a clean center, and communicating student needs to supervisors. This role supports student services and campus operations on a day shift.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, professional, able to work independently, and work well with others.
• Basic to intermediate computer proficiency.
• Ability to assist with events and routine office tasks.

Responsabilités

• Greet students and maintain a welcoming atmosphere by managing the flow of the Center and assisting with Accudemia sign-ins, as well as basic computer and other office-related tasks.
• Assist with workshops, events, and create simple promotional materials.
• Maintain center cleanliness and organize student resources.
• Provide basic academic support and communicate student needs to supervisors.
• Support other duties as assigned.
