The Strategic Communications & Marketing Coordinator is a campus-based communications professional responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating integrated communications and marketing strategies that advance campus priorities. Working collaboratively with campus leadership, Institutional Advancement, and CT State’s Marketing team, the Coordinator develops engagement strategies that strengthen CT State’s reputation, support enrollment and student success initiatives, promote workforce and community partnerships, and increase awareness of campus programs, services, and achievements. The Coordinator serves as the campus communications lead and primary liaison to CT State’s Marketing team, ensuring alignment with institutional branding, messaging, campaigns, and strategic priorities. The position combines strategic communications planning, marketing, media relations, content development, social media, executive communications, and stakeholder engagement to support both campus and statewide objectives. This position will support CT State Manchester, Middlesex, and Asnuntuck campuses.

Bachelor’s degree in an appropriately related field together with two (2) or more years of related experience; or a combination of education, experience and training which would lead to the competencies required for successful performance of the position’s essential duties.
