Texas Southmost College is seeking a part-timeTemporary position to support enrollment, registration, and store operations. You will assist students, act as a peer mentor, and provide general office assistance.

The role includes cashiering, inventory monitoring, and data entry in a high-tech, all-digital environment. Candidates must be enrolled in a college/university and maintain a 2.0 GPA; bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be enrolled each semester and maintain a 2.0 GPA or higher.
• Bilingual in English-Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with enrollment and registration processes for students.
• Serve as peer-mentor and provide general office assistance.
• Support online and on-site college store operations.
• Perform cashiering and process payments via debit/credit cards.
• Monitor store inventory and assist with new inventory processes.
• Respond to student questions and maintain records with accuracy.
• Uphold college policies and deliver excellent customer service.
