Barnes & Noble College Iowa City campus store is seeking a Seasonal Campus Store Team Member to deliver outstanding customer service, help students find materials, and support daily store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideal candidates will have prior retail or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. DailyPay, sick time, employee discounts, and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Assist customers in locating course materials, school supplies, apparel, gifts, and other merchandise.
• Operate the point-of-sale system to process transactions, including cash, credit, and financial aid purchases.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor through merchandising and replenishment.
• Assist with inventory, receiving merchandise, order fulfillment, and other store operations.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet daily priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
