Job summary

BibliU is seeking a Sales Support (Temporary) at our Las Vegas campus to assist during peak periods. The role focuses on customer service, textbook handling, and shipping/receiving support in a fast-paced campus store environment.

You will work closely with store leadership to ensure accurate orders, organized displays, and timely fulfillment while supporting customers in person, by phone, and via email. This role may require lifting up to 40 lb as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a busy environment.
• Team-oriented and dependable, with good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers on the sales floor with information, support, and a positive attitude.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-merchandised store displays.
• Support customers in person, via phone and email; manage and fulfil orders.
• Assist with textbook locating, stocking, and merchandising; process shipments and returns.
