Job summary

Barnes & Noble College is seeking a Part-Time Campus Store Team Member to deliver an exceptional customer experience and support daily store operations at the campus bookstore. You will greet customers, help locate course materials, operate the POS system, and maintain an organized, shopper-friendly sales floor.

Responsibilities include stock replenishment, assisting with inventory, and collaborating with teammates to meet daily priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Assist customers in locating course materials, supplies, and merchandise.
• Operate the point-of-sale system accurately for transactions.
