Responsibilities

• Oversee one or more departments in the store in partnership with the management team.
• Act as Manager-on-Duty and support customers and team members.
• Maintain knowledge of all departments to ensure standards of operation.
• Greet customers, assist with purchases of textbooks, merchandise, or services.
