Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Steward is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen work areas and equipment in clean and orderly condition.
• Sweep and mop floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Operate large electric machines such as dishwashers and sanitizers.
• Wash surfaces, arrays of dishes, pots, pans and utensils.
• Assist with setup, loading, unloading, and delivering supplies.
