Qualifications

• Starbucks experience is required.
• Direct the activities of associates during shifts and ensure policies are followed.
• Experience in training and creating work schedules is preferred.
• Maintain quality, productivity and safety standards within the unit.

Responsibilities

• Train and schedule staff for shifts.
• Evaluate performance and reward or counsel as needed.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management.
• Serve as point of contact for employee requests and complaints.
• Mentor staff and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
