Qualifications

• Previous food service experience required.

Responsabilités

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates, including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, counseling, and performance reviews.
• Stores food in designated areas following all sanitation procedures.
• Maintains proper food handling, presentation, and serving temperatures.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies and workstation; ensures clean display and serving areas.
