Job summary

The College of Coastal Georgia is seeking a student employee for the Student Solution Center. This 19.5-hour-per-week, part-time role involves assisting students with forms, handling calls, and supporting various campus offices with confidential information.

The ideal candidate will have strong writing and verbal communication skills, be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours, and maintain a professional, confidential demeanor while assisting multiple departments this semester.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours at all times.
• May not be employed in more than one job at a time on campus.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to students while completing forms and applications.
• Perform clerical duties
• Run errands at the discretion of the supervisor
• Assist with special projects
• Provide assistance to students while completing forms, applications, and federal and state websites.
• Support campus outreach efforts to educate students on the services and resources provided by the Student Solution Center.
• Perform any related work as required
