Job summary

The Summit Church is seeking an Associate Campus Director of Small Groups at the West Cary Campus. This role leads the Small Groups ministry, recruits and trains leaders, and collaborates with campus staff to implement Summit’s philosophy across all groups.

• Ability to catalyze by forming relationships inside the campus.

Responsibilities

• Implements the Small Groups Plan and ensures groups understand Summit’s philosophy and plan.
• Oversees recruitment and training of small group leaders; plants new groups.
• Collaborates with campus staff and elders on trainings; conducts two campus trainings per year.
• Equips group leaders effectively and connects individuals to groups.
• Organizes GroupLink and coaches campus small group coaches.
• Grows a sustainable leadership care structure and regularly assesses ministry health.
• Oversees membership pathway and coordinates with Adult Discipleship for Weekender.
• Coordinates Sunday classes with Campus Pastor; supports church-wide events.
