Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure tasks meet policy and quality standards.
• Provide training and create work schedules for staff.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and monitor quality, productivity and safety.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee requests and time-off needs.
• Mentor staff and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
