Position Description

As a Campus Services Technician on 3rd Shift (10:00 p.m - 6:30 a.m), you will be responsible for working within the framework of a team and performing the following activities:

1. Perform regular patrols to secure the buildings around Applied Medical’s campuses.
2. Inspect security systems, doors, and potential building hazards.
3. Respond to alarm calls.
4. Report lighting, air-conditioning, or plumbing issues to the Maintenance team.
5. Drive company vehicles such as pick-up trucks, small vans, and passenger vehicles.

Position Requirements

This position requires the following skills and attributes:

1. Read or train to read design plans.
2. Comfortable working in new construction sites or amidst remodeling projects.
3. Familiarity with job-site safety rules and equipment.
4. Perform manual labor, walk extensively, stand for periods of time, kneel, carry, and climb ladders.
5. Work with minimal supervision.
6. Willing to work after hours and weekends.
7. Computer literate.
8. Valid California Driver's License.
9. DMV check required.
10. Team player.

Preferred

The following skills and attributes are preferred:

1. Knowledge of Access and Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) systems.
2. Experience with security systems.
