Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three (3) years experience involving personnel management; experience supervising 6+ employees preferred.
• Experience with custodial equipment, chemicals and procedures.
• Budget management and purchasing experience.
• Experience using computers and various software programs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activity of all Campus Service Workers and Senior Campus Service Workers; evaluate performance and instruct staff on methods and safety.
• Coordinate repair work with the maintenance unit and schedule service requests.
• Monitor time records and ensure correct payroll processing; reconcile vacation and sick balances.
• Use inventory and work-order systems to maintain supplies and track budgets.
• Plan shifts, select cleaning products and equipment, and ensure WVU standards are met.
