Salary Range

USD 24,808 – 32,350 per year (salary commensurate with education, experience and internal equity)

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain residence halls and related facilities including offices, conference rooms, classrooms, lobbies, front desk areas, bathrooms, showers, hallways, study lounges, breezeways, stairwells, laundry rooms, kitchenettes, outside entrances, walkways, etc.
• Perform indoor and outdoor work such as snow removal, ice treatment and trash removal.
• Follow established procedures and schedules for cleaning and maintenance of institutional buildings and facilities.
• Work both independently and as part of a team; work is closely supervised with limited opportunity for independent action or decision‑making.
• Be on call for emergencies after work hours, on weekends, and during holiday breaks; duties are rotated fairly among staff.
