Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions and communicate fluently with supervision.
• Equivalent or combination of education and experience.
• Requires a NYS Class 5 motor vehicle operator's license and physical ability for heavy labor and exposure to weather.

Responsibilities
