Job summary

Shrub Oak International School is seeking a Supervisor for its Public Safety team. This on-site role requires coordinating security staff, conducting investigations, and monitoring surveillance systems to ensure student and staff safety.

The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in security, strong documentation skills, and the ability to manage challenging behaviors while collaborating with multiple departments. TCIS training may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 60 college credits or a relevant degree in a related field.
• 5–7+ years in a similar security role with leadership
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks
• Experience managing staff and handling crisis situations

Responsibilities

• Supervise security staff and assist with administrative tasks
• Conduct investigations and review incident reports
• Oversee campus surveillance, access control, alarms and fire systems
• Document incidents clearly and communicate with stakeholders
• Lead crisis management activities and trainings (TCIS if required)
