GardaWorld Security Services is seeking an Overnight Security Supervisor in Philadelphia, PA to lead a team of officers, ensure site safety, and respond to threats. The role emphasizes training, mentoring, and evaluating staff while maintaining high standards of security coverage on corporate campuses, healthcare facilities, and other properties.

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of Security Supervisor experience, strong leadership, and a proven ability to manage incidents and document events

Responsibilities

As a Security Supervisor, you will be the person ensuring your team of officers is trained, motivated, and ready to spot threats before they elevate in environments such as corporate campuses, healthcare facilities, commercial properties, etc.

What's in it for you:

• 1-3 years of Security Supervisor experience REQUIRED
• Site Location: Philadelphia, PA
• Set schedule: Part Time, Overnight. Sunday and Monday 12:00AM-8:00AM (16 Hours Per Week)
• Competitive hourly wage of $21 (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)
• Also available - Extra hours as a Security Guard: Thursdays 12PM-6PM and Fridays 6AM-4PM ($18.00 hr)

Responsibilities of a Security Supervisor

• Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of security officers on site
• Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of security staff
• Monitor security systems and patrols to detect any suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats, and guide the team's response
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety and post compliance
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems and procedures to identify potential vulnerabilities
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications of a Security Supervisor

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
