Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and campus partners while carrying out security-related procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of campus buildings, grounds, parking areas, and residence locations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and critical situations following campus protocols.
• Monitor access points and report unauthorized entry or policy violations.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain professional communication with campus personnel.
