Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Chicago, IL. You will perform unarmed patrols, monitor access points, and respond to incidents while delivering excellent customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors.

A valid driver's license is required and schedule includes late afternoon to early morning shifts. This full-time role pays $20.00 per hour and follows a Tue/Wed/Fri/Sun 3:00 PM–1:00 AM schedule, with training and career growth opportunities within Allied

Qualifications

Customer service experience preferred.
Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Background check as required by law.
Drug screening as permitted by law.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and notify appropriate contacts.
Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, walkways, parking locations, and perimeter areas.
Monitor access points and report unusual conditions or policy violations.
Prepare accurate reports and maintain activity logs for incidents and patrols.
