Responsibilities

• Receives/transmits radio and telephone messages related to law enforcement and equipment; dispatches personnel and equipment as needed.
• Maintains logs and records for dispatches accurately and timely.
• Operates DCI/NCIC computer to enter and verify information on vehicles, persons, and histories.
• Directs traffic, enforces parking rules, and ensures safety for faculty, staff, students, and visitors.
• Provides information and assistance to campus community and maintains professional public relations.
