Responsibilities

• Patrol campus and off-campus university locations on foot, in a cart, or in a vehicle.
• Observe and report safety hazards, security breaches, and emergencies.
• Assist with unlocking/locking doors and buildings.
• Enforce parking rules and issue citations as needed.
• Assist motorists with issues like keys locked in cars or jumpstarts; provide parking guidance.
• Secure parking lots for events by setting up barricades and maintaining lot security.
• Support other divisions within University Police when requested; perform other duties.
