Qualifications

• 6 months of security experience or more.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and contractors per security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly following campus protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of campus buildings, parking areas, walkways, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions or policy violations to relevant personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident and activity reports as required.
