United Wholesale Mortgage is seeking a Security Officer I to safeguard our campus by controlling access, monitoring cameras, and responding to incidents with professional service to team members, clients, and guests.

The role requires shift flexibility (5am-2pm, 7am-4pm, 1pm-10pm, or 10pm-6am), a high school diploma, an active driver’s license, and strong de-escalation and incident-reporting skills. The campus offers extensive benefits and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate strong de-escalation and communication skills.
• Ability to write incident reports.
• Ability to work variable shifts.
• Active and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Controls access to our campus by verifying and issuing badges.
• Monitors cameras to protect our space.
• Uses metal detectors to screen for weapons.
• Conducts patrols and provides service on foot and in vehicle.
• Responds to security incidents and documents them clearly.
