Job summary

Shepherd University in Shepherdstown, WV is seeking Security/Ticket Enforcement/Special Events Personnel to support the Public Safety team. This student position offers flexible daytime and evening hours, not to exceed 25 hours per week, and pays $10.00 per hour under the FWS/REG program.

Duties include securing and monitoring campus buildings, writing parking tickets, blocking off spaces for events, assisting officers with traffic control, and providing security at athletic events.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the campus along with the parking rules and regulations established by the Shepherd University Police Department.
• Customer service friendly; independently resolve problems that arise; be accountable and timely with duties.
• Enrolled in at least 6 credit hours.
