Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, staff, and visitors while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of campus buildings, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner per site procedures.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity and report incidents to appropriate personnel.
• Assist with directions and maintain professional interactions at the location.
