Qualifications

• Guard Card or license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required under federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and campus partners while following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations and other events in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols to deter unauthorized activity across campus areas.
• Monitor access points and observe campus activity for unusual conditions and policy violations.
• Prepare incident reports and shift documentation with professional communication to leadership.
