Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3 months of security experience.
• At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Safety & Security team to ensure a safe and secure campus.
• Patrol the center and monitor activities to keep students, staff, and visitors safe.
• Respond to emergencies, incidents, and unexpected situations with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Conduct building and property security checks, including doors, lighting, vehicles, emergency equipment, and facility access.
• Prepare clear incident reports and maintain security logs.
• Communicate situations requiring immediate attention with Center Leadership.
• Mentor student leaders by providing training on communication, leadership, and decision-making.
• Contribute to a positive residential environment where students feel safe and supported.
• Model professionalism, accountability, teamwork, and customer service daily.
