Job summary

The Archdiocese of St. Louis is seeking a PSR Security staff member to provide safety and a welcoming environment for all involved in the Parish School of Religion program. You'll conduct campus security checks, monitor traffic flow, and respond to safety concerns during PSR sessions.

Qualifications

• Ability to walk throughout campus facilities and grounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods during student arrival and dismissal.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety and security checks throughout the parish and school campus.
• Help ensure the safety and well‑being of PSR students and staff.
• Monitor campus activity and report concerns to the Assistant Director.
• Respond to situations such as student behavior concerns and emergencies.
• Direct and assist with traffic during PSR drop‑off and pick‑up times.
• Maintain a visible and professional presence during PSR hours.
• Support parish safety procedures and emergency protocols.
• Promote a welcoming environment for families and visitors.
