Job summary

AIMS College Prep Charter District is seeking a Campus Supervisor in Oakland, CA to supervise students on and off campus, enforce school rules, and support a safe, orderly environment. You must be available to work Saturdays and carry out duties under the Head of Schools or designee.

Responsibilities include monitoring students, modeling respectful behavior, resolving conflicts, and assisting with lunch supervision and incident reports as needed.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Fingerprinting and TB test required.
• Valid California driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and/or supervise children as assigned.
• Model positive behavior and communication, promoting courtesy in all interactions.
• Handle disciplinary cases; encourage appropriate conflict resolution techniques.
• Prevent or break up student conflicts or fights.
• Complete or assist with incident reports as necessary.
