Job summary

Alpha Public Schools in East San José is seeking a Campus Supervisor to uphold safe and orderly school environments across the campus, including halls, parking, and grounds. You will support deans and staff with restorative practices and ensure smooth transitions during busy periods.

You will monitor restrooms, supervise lunch, assist with after-school activities, and help manage visitor interactions while maintaining strong relationships with scholars and families.

Qualifications

• 3 years of professional experience (education highly preferred).
• Knowledge of restorative justice practices, consistent follow-through, and holding students accountable to high behavioral standards.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual in Spanish (highly preferred).
• CPR and First Aid Certification (highly preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support school-wide systems, structures, and rules to support students and staff in meeting school expectations.
• Execute all day-to-day Campus Supervisor responsibilities: DeansList administration, monitor restrooms, lunch supervision and lunch detention, transitions and traffic flow.
• Support with after-school student needs and weekly event organization; assist staff with safety and emergencies.
• Monitor safety of campus buildings, manage visitors, and assist with emergency plans as needed; submit incident reports.
