Job summary

AIMS K-12 College Prep Charter District in Oakland is seeking a Campus Supervisor. Under the Head of Schools, you will supervise students on and off campus, model positive behavior, enforce rules, and assist with lunch supervision and safety protocols.

The role requires strong communication, patience, and the ability to manage conflicts. Saturdays are required; this is a full-time, 11-month position with a non-exempt status.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Valid California driver’s license.
• Fingerprinting and TB test required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and public.
• Ability to supervise and discipline students.
• Willingness to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise children on and off campus.
• Model positive behavior and promote courtesy.
• Handle disciplinary cases and resolve conflicts.
• Escort students to and from classrooms, offices, and vehicles.
• Open and close facilities for outdoor groups and lunch periods.
• Maintain order in cafeteria and play areas.
• Assist cafeteria workers as needed.
• Ensure safety and security on campus.
