Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior experience in youth engagement or school security is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to remain calm under pressure and de-escalate tense situations.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive rapport with students to help create a respectful school culture.
• Monitor and control access to the building while greeting visitors.
• Respond calmly and appropriately to behavioral incidents.
