Qualifications

• Completion of a California POST-certified basic police academy or waiver.
• Minimum 3 years of full-time law enforcement experience post-POST.
• High school diploma or GED with 60 college units; supervisory training within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Plan work and assignments of staff and teams; set objectives.
• Supervise, coordinate, train, and evaluate personnel; conduct briefings.
• Investigate complaints, supervise investigations, and respond to incidents on shift.
• Coordinate with campus partners (Title IX, CAPS, Environmental Health & Safety) and external agencies.
