Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with at least 3 years as a security officer or equivalent role.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Must complete VUPS training (De-escalation, CPCT, CPR/AED) and demonstrate knowledge of directives.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and pass background/drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead an assigned unit/shift and supervise safety staff.
• Train staff on weapons detection systems and security protocols.
• Conduct quarterly performance evaluations and provide counseling.
• Prepare and review reports; brief management on security events.
• Coordinate with Community Relations for events and special security needs.
