Punahou School is seeking a full-time Security Guard to join its Campus Safety and Security team. This role focuses on protecting the campus environment by patrolling the grounds and responding to incidents, ensuring a safe atmosphere for faculty, staff, and visitors. Ideal candidates should possess strong judgment skills, effective communication abilities, and the willingness to work flexible shifts as part of a dedicated security team.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in customer service or related field required.
• One year of experience in law enforcement or security preferred.
• Current Hawaii Driver’s License, First Aid, CPR, AED Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible presence in public areas and observe incidents.
• Patrol campus buildings and grounds to prevent incidents.
• Notify others according to established school protocols.
