Job summary

Adams and Associates at Glenmont Job Corps seeks a Safety & Security Advisor to monitor and maintain campus safety, conduct routine patrols, and respond promptly to incidents and emergencies.

You will enforce center policies, prepare accurate incident reports, and collaborate with staff to support a secure, respectful environment for students and employees on the Glenmont campus, with shifts from 3pm–12am or 12am–8:30am.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent REQUIRED.
• Advanced degrees preferred.
• Valid in-State Driver's License and insurability requirements.
• Physical requirements include sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the safety and security of the campus, students, staff, and visitors.
• Conduct routine patrols and inspections of facilities and grounds.
• Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, and safety concerns.
• Enforce center policies and procedures to promote a secure environment.
• Prepare accurate reports and documentation related to incidents and observations.
• Collaborate with staff and leadership to support a positive student experience.
