Job summary

The State of South Carolina's Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities, Office of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, seeks a Campus Support Coordinator for Pee Dee Regional Center in Florence, SC to help residents achieve long‑term wellness through compassionate care and effective campus operations.

This role monitors grounds, coordinates staffing, maintains records, assists with activities of daily living, follows Behavior Support Plans, and reports issues

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and agency procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work with diverse populations.
• Experience in leadership or supervisory roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Patrols and monitors campus grounds and conducts drills per regulations.
• Monitors residential staffing and ensures proper coverage per standards.
• Completes shift logs and communicates issues to management.
• Provides direct care and assists with daily living activities under BSP guidance.
• Attends meetings and reports ABEs/critical incidents to Risk.
• Performs duties assigned by Facility Administrator or senior leadership.
