Job summary

• Minimum one year of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Mediation skills and the ability to respond with cultural sensitivities.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Ability to walk long distances and stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Lock and unlock building doors and conduct proactive security rounds.
• Identify, document, and report safety or policy violations.
• Maintain knowledge of security technology to support university systems.
• Provide security escorts and assist during emergencies.
• Enter data and submit reports accurately in CU policies and Clery Act compliance.
