These are temporary positions with a typical 90-day duration, requiring weekly availability, weekend flexibility, and shifts across opening, midday, or closing times. Daily housekeeping and a welcoming store environment are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.
• Strong customer-facing communication and a can-do attitude are essential.
• Basic math, keyboarding, and data-entry skills are expected.
• Flexible availability throughout the academic year including peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions involving cash, credit, or financial aid payments.
• Greet customers and maintain a friendly atmosphere to enhance their shopping experience.
• Support store operations including operating equipment and cash register to ensure fast, accurate service.
• Keep the store neat by shelving, arranging, cleaning, and organizing products.
• Temporary positions require availability to work weekly for up to 90 days with occasional weekends and flexible opening/midday/closing shifts.
• Routine housekeeping such as dusting, mopping, window cleaning, vacuuming, and trash removal.
