Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in hospitality, business, or related field.
• 3+ years of management in foodservice, hospitality, or retail in high-volume settings.
• Strong guest-service mindset with team development focus.
• Proficiency with POS, scheduling, payroll systems, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple retail dining locations, ensuring service, food quality and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, coach and develop frontline associates and supervisors to build a strong team culture.
• Manage labor scheduling, staffing levels and daily deployment to support business needs.
