Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent customer-facing skills with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and perform in a fast-paced team environment.
• Basic math, keyboarding and data entry skills.
• Flexible availability during the academic year, including peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with sales transactions via cash, credit, or financial aid payments.
• Provide a friendly atmosphere by greeting customers and ensuring a positive experience.
• Support store operations including operating equipment and cash register with speed and accuracy.
• Keep the store organized by shelving, arranging, cleaning, and organizing products.
• Work during peak periods and occasional weekends with flexible scheduling.
• Routine housekeeping such as dusting, mopping, window cleaning, vacuuming, and trash removal.
