Job summary

Kendal~Crosslands Communities is seeking an overnight Campus Responder to help ensure the safety and security of our residents and staff. This role suits someone who remains calm under pressure, works independently, and is committed to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

Based in the Kennett Square area, the Campus Responder works on-site during overnight hours, Sunday through Friday with some weekends and holidays. A valid driver's license and CPR certification are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to follow and give clear instructions.
• Self-motivated with quick response capabilities in emergencies.
• Valid driver's license and insurability under company policy.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays regularly.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain CPR certification.
